Bruce Thomas CEO, BA at Washington and Lee University. His background includes 20 years of sales and marketing in the public transit industry. Mr. Thomas has led sales and marketing for two technology companies involved in public transit and assisted in bringing one public. His family founded Thomas Built Buses, now owned by Freightliner and a subsidiary of Daimler-Chrysler.

Ritchie C. Russell CFO, earned a B.S. in Business Administration from UNC-Chapel Hill. His background includes extensive experience in brand marketing, product development and international sourcing. Mr. Russell has led the successful launch of many new branded products and divisions for major corporations.

Horst Meyer VP of European Operations, has more than 30 years of sales and project management experience with various German manufacturers of textile and industrial machinery as well as turn-key plants. Mr. Meyer has extensive international sales and project management experience in Latin America, Southeast Asia, Russia and Central Asia, like Uzbekistan. Mr. Meyer is fluent in German, English, Spanish, French, and has knowledge of basic Russian.
